CONSTITUTION OF THE FUND

(1) The state Government shall constitute a fund with an initial corpus of INR [100] Cr. to be known as the Uttarakhand Investment and Infrastructure Development Fund (the "Fund" or "Development Fund") which shall vest in the Board. (2) The Fee levied and collected under this Act, shall be credited to the Fund. Any other grant from the Central / State Government, local authorities and any of the authorities to UIIDB shall also be credited to the Fund.
