Power to make Rules

(1) The State government may, by notification, in the Official Gazette make rules to carry out the provisions of this Act and may amend rules from time to time which also includes a rule to prescribe fees for any proceeding under the Act. (2) Every rule made by a State Government under this Act shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made before the State Legislative Assembly.
