Protection of action taken in good faith

(1) No suit prosecution, of any other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act or the rules made thereunder. (2) No suit or legal processing shall lie against the State Government for a injury or possible injury incurred by anything done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
