Statutory text

(1) The Governing Body may appoint such other officers and employees of the Authority in such manner and with such qualifications, as may be prescribed.
(2) The salaries and allowances payable to and the other terms and conditions of service of officers and other employees of the Authority shall be such, as may be prescribed.
(3) The Chief Executive Officer may appoint in such manner, for such temporary period and on such terms and conditions, as may be specified by notifications, such other staff, as he may consider necessary for the efficient performance of the functions of the Authority
