In this Act- (a) “The Fund” Means the Uttarakhand Contingency Fund Established under section 3; (b) “Governor” means the Governor of Uttarakhand: (c) “The State” means the State of Uttarakhand: (d) “State Government” means the State Government of Uttarakhand.
