Repeal of Uttarakhand Commission for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes Ordinance, 2001

(1) The Uttarakhand Commission for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes Ordinance 2001 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the provisions of the ordinance referred to in sub section (1) shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the provisions of the Act.
