Chapter X MISCELLANEOUS
Statutory text
Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, no suit or proceeding shall lie in any Civil Court against the State Government or against the Board or the CEO or any other official for anything done or purported to be done by any of them under the provisions of this Act.
