Prohibition to enter examination centre

7. No person , who is not entrusted with any work pertaining to public examination and who is not an examinee , shall during the continuance of public examination enter or attempt to enter into examination centre or having entered into such centre remain there to provide any help or assistance to an examinee in using unfair means in the public examination.
