Short title, extent and commencement

1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024.

1. (2) It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh.
2. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 15th day of July, 2024.
