Office and Administrative Staff

(1) The administrative staff to the Council shall be brought on deputation from other institutions under the State Government. (2) The Council may engage contractual staff, as prescribed in the Regulation; (3) The classification and method of engagement, conditions of engagement, pay and allowances, disciplinary conduct and functions and responsibilities of the staff referred to in sub-section (1) shall be such as may be prescribed by Regulations.
