Statutory text
- (1) There shall be paid to a Member (which expression shall include the Chief Minister, other Ministers, the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker) by way of a repayable advance such sum of money not exceeding Rs.3 (three) lacs for construction of residential building including purchase of land or purchasing ready-built house.
