Medical treatment of members

A member [and the members of his family who are residing with and dependent on him] shall be entitled free of charge to accommodation in hospitals maintained by the Government and to medical treatment in accordance with Medical Attendance Rules, as amended from time to time, applicable to Class I Officers serving in connection with the State of Tripura . [Explanation.-For the purposes of this section, the expression "members of his family" shall mean the husband, wife, son, daughter, father, mother, brother or sister.]
