Power to inspect

Without prejudice ta any power otherwise conferred by this Act any person authorized in this behalf by the State Government may enter any place or premises and inspect any vehicle for the purpose of determining whether and if so, in what manner an order under this Act should be made in relation to such vehicle or with nview to securing compliance with any order made under this Act.
