Transfer of name from part B to Part A of the Register.

If any person whose name is entered in Part B of the Register obtains any qualification mentioned in sub-section (1) of section 20 he shall be entitled, on payment of such fee as may be prescribed, to have his name transferred from Part B to Part A of the Register.
