Appointment of Conciliation Officer

The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appomt for any area specified therein any officer of the Labour Department, not below the rank of Labour Officer, to be a Conciliation Officer for the purpose of performing the functions entrusted to a Conciliation Officer by or under this Act.
