Short title, extent and commencement.–
- (1) This Act may be called the Sports Broadcasting Signals (Mandatory Sharing with Prasar Bharati) Act, 2007.
- (2) It extends to the whole of India.
- (3) Save as otherwise provided, it shall be deemed to have come into force on the 11th day of November, 2005.
