Amendment of section 5.- In section 5 of the Principal Act,-

1. (i) in the proviso to sub-section (3), for the words and figures, "Rs. 50,000/-

(Rupees fifty thousand)", the words and figures "Rs. 1, 00,000 (Rupees one

lakh) " shall be substituted;

1. (ii) for sub-section (4), the following shall be substituted, namely,- "(4) A member shall be entitled to the service of one computer assistant, one public relation officer and two drivers on payment of a consolidated pay of Rs.8,000/- (Rupees eight thousand) each per month who shall be

appointed at his pleasure during the term of his office.".
