Substitution of section 4. - For section 4 of the Principal Act, the following shall be
The Salaries and Allowances of Members of the Legislative Assembly (Manipur) Eighteenth Amendment Act, 2010substituted, namely,- "4, Constituency, contingency, secretarial and entertainment allowances.- A member shall be entitled to a constituency allowance of Rs. 12.000/- (Rupees twelve thousand), a contingency allowance of Rs.8,000/- (Rupees eight
thousand), a secretarial allowance of Rs. 1 5,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand)
and entertainment allowance of Rs. 6,500/-/ (Rupees six thousand five hundred) per month in addition to the salaries and allowances specified in section 3.".
