Definitions

Definitions.—In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,—

1. (a) "Fund" means the Fund of the Institute referred to in section 17;
2. (b) "Governing Body" means the Governing Body of the Institute;
3. (c) "Institute" means the institution known as the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro-Sciences, Bangalore, incorporated under this Act;
4. (d) "member" means a member of the Institute;
5. (e) "prescribed" means prescribed by rules made under this Act;
6. (f) "specified" means specified by regulations made under this Act.
