Chapter XII PROCEDURE
Statutory text
- (1) The offences under this Act shall be compoundable: Provided that no offence, arising from the failure to comply with a written notice given by or on behalf of, the Nagar Panchayat or the Council, as the case may be, shall be compoundable unless the notice has been complied with.
- (2) Sums paid by way of composition under this section shall be credited to the Municipal Fund.
