Establishment for removal of sewage, offensive matter and rubbish.

The Nagar Panchayat or, as the case may be, the Council shall provide for the removal--

1. (a) of sewage, rubbish and offensive matter from all public latrines, urinals and drains and from all public roads and all other property vested in the municipality, and
2. (b) in any municipality wherein a latrine tax has been imposed under sub-section (1) of section 75 of sewage and offensive matter from all private latrines, privies, urinals, cesspools and compounds.
