Fees

(1) The fees payable for grant, amendment or renewal of a authorization letter or certificate of registration or certificate of manufacture a duplicate of such certificates or, renewal thereof under this Order shall be such as the State Government may, from time to time fix, subject to the maximum fees fixed for different purposes by the Central Government and different fees may be fixed for different purposes or for different classes of dealers or for different types of mixtures of fertiliser or special mixture.
