In section 11 of the principal Act,

In section 11 of the principal Act,— (a) for the word ‘‘children’’, the word ‘‘adolescent’’ shall be substituted. (b) for the word ‘‘child’’, wherever it occurs the word ‘‘adolescent’’ shall be substituted.
