Duty of vaccinator to effect vaccination.

A vaccinator empolyed by Government or a local authority to whom any unprotected child or unprotected person is brought or comes for vaccination in accordance with the provisions of this Act shall with all reasonable despatch vaccinate the child or person in accordance with the said provisions and the rules made thereunder.
