Penalties for accepting illegal remuneration.

If any vaccinator employed by the Government or a local authority accepts or obtains or agrees to accept or attempts to accept any fee or remuneration other than that permitted by rules under this Act, he shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to three years or with fine or with both.
