Court fee to be paid as specified in the Third Schedule

Statutory text
Without prejudice to the provisions of the Telangana Court fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1956, the proper fees chargeable in respect of the documents described in column (2) of the Third Schedule shall be the fees indicated in column (3) thereof.
