Grant or refusal of Certificate of Registration

The Registering Authority or as the case may be the Controller shall grant a Certificate of Registration, within 30 (thirty) days of the receipt of the application to any person in the manner prescribed: Provided that no Certificate of Registration shall be granted to a person,-
