Savings.

The provisions of this Act, shall cease to be applicable— (a) to an Atiyat grant specified in sub-clause (i) of clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 2 when the commutation sum has ceased to be payable; (b) to an Atiyat grant specified in sub-clause (iii) of clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 2, when the compensation has ceased to be payable; (c) to an Atiyat grant specified in sub-clause (v) of clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 2, when such grant has ceased to continue; (d) to an Atiyat grant specified in sub-clause (vi) of clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section (2), when the compensation has ceased to be payable.
