Re-enactment not to affect operation of amendment or adaptation made before this Act.

The re-enactment of any President's Act by section 3 of this Act shall not be deemed to affect the operation of any amendment or adaptation made in the President's Act so re-enacted or in any enactment amended by that Act, on or after the 1st day of November 1956 and before the commencement of this Act.
