Power of Board to spend

Subject to the provisions of sections 18, 22 and 23; the Board shall have power to spend such sums as it deems fit on purposes authorised by this Act: Provided that nothing in this section shall be deemed to prevent the Board from spending, with the previous approval of the Government, such moneys as it thinks fit on any such purpose outside the State of Tamil Nadu.
