Standing Finance Committee

The Board may constitute a Standing Finance Committee consisting of the Vice-President and not more than four members of whom one shall be the member specified in item (d) of sub-section (2) of section 3. The Vice-President shall be the Chairman of the committee . The committee shall exercise such powers and perform such functions relating to the finances of the Board as may be laid down by regulations.
