Amendment of section 99

In section 99 of the 1971 Act, for sub-section (2), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:-

1. (2) No contract involving an expenditure exceeding the monetary limit prescribed under section 97 shall be made by the municipal authorities of the corporation otherwise than as may be prescribed.
