Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Presidency Small Cause Courts and the Provincial Small Cause Courts (Tamil Nadu Amendment) Act, 1995.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu.
- (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
