Chapter II THE UNIVERSITY

- (1) The Minister-in-charge of the portfolio of Education in the State of Tamil Nadu shall be the Pro-Chancellor of the University.
- (2) The Pro-Chancellor shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be conferred on him by or under this Act.
