Insertion of new section 100A

Insertion of new section 100A. - In Chapter XI of the principal Act, before section 101, the following section shall be inserted, namely:

“100A. Definition. - For the purposes of this Chapter “Board” means the Board constituted under section 10 of the Madras Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1926.”
