Amendment of section 87, Madras Act XIX of 1951

Amendment of section 87, Madras Act XIX of 1951.- In section 87 of the principal Act-

1. (a) the words and figures "as manager under section 56 or" occurring at the commencement of clause
2. (c) shall be omitted; and
3. (b) for the words "any Magistrate of the first class" the words "any Presidency Magistrate or any Magistrate of the first class" shall be substituted.
