Amendment of section 5.

In section 5 of the principal Act,— (i) in the marginal heading, for the expression “a person to be measured or photographed”, the expression “to take blood samples from a person or a person to be measured or photographed” shall be substituted; (ii) for the expression “measurements or photograph”, occurring in two places, the expression “blood samples or measurements or photographs” shall be substituted; (iii) for the expression “Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (Central Act V of 1898)”, the expression “Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974)” shall be substituted.
