In section 4 of the principal Act,— (i) in the marginal heading, for the expression “measurements, etc.”, the expression “blood samples, measurements and photographs” shall be substituted; (ii) for the expression “measurements”, the expression “blood samples, measurements and photographs” shall be substituted.
