Chapter III ESTABLISHMENT OF COUNCIL
Statutory text
- (1) The Government may, by order in writing, remove any member if, in the opinion of the Government, such member is guilty of gross misconduct in any respect, professional or otherwise, which renders him unfit to be a member.
- (2) No member shall be removed under sub-section
- (1) without being an opportunity of making his representation.
