Vesting of land newly included.

Where any notification is modified under section 20-A by way of inclusion, the land to which such inclusion relates shall be deemed to have vested in the Government as if such land were included in a notification issued under sub-section (1) of section 20 and accordingly, the provisions of this Act shall apply to the land so vested.
