Power of Government to cancel or modify notification under section 20(1) in certain cases.

The Government may, by notification, cancel or modify any notification, issued under sub-section (1) of section 20, to rectify any error or mistake therein. and nothing in this section shall be deemed to prevent the issue of a fresh notification by the Government under sub-section (1) of section 20 in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
