In paragraph (2) under the heading " (I) CHARGE WITH ONE HEAD " in Form No. XXVI in Schedule V to the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 amended by section 48, clause (b), for the words " Governor or Rajpramukh" in the three places where they occur, the words "or Governor" shall be substituted.
