1. In sections 9 (1) (b); 20 (1) (c) and 22, for the wrlrd~ " Extra-Provincial Jurisdiction Act ", the words " Foreign Jurisdiction Act" shall be substituted. 2 In section 21, sub-section(l), clause (a) after the words " Pudukkottai State ", the words and figures " under the Foreign Jurisdiction Act, 1947 " shall be insertqd.
