Statutory text
In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context- (1) Assembly means the Legislative Assembly of the State of Tamil Nadu. (2) Council means the Legislative Council of the State of Tamil Nadu. (3) House means the Assembly or the Council.
