Certain office of State Organising Committee for Nehru Yuvak Kendras not to disqualify

The office of the Chairman, Member or Secretary of the State Organising Committee for Nehru Yuvak Kendras shall not be deemed to have disqualified the holder thereof, for being a member of the Legislative Assembly with effect on and from the 28th January 1981.
