Amendment of Part II of the First Schedule of Central Act XV of 1908

For clause (a) of Explanation 1 to Part II of the First Schedule to the Indian Ports Act, 1908, the following clause shall be substituted, namely :—

" Ship " means a vessel propelled solely by wind power and " steamer " any vessel other than a ship.
