Power to correct errors

If the State Government are satisfied that in any notification published under sub-section (3) of section 3 or sub-section (3) of section 3-A there is any error including any clerical or arithmetical error, or error arising from any accidental slip or omission, they may, by notification in the District Gazette concerned, correct such error.
