Inams subject to restrictions, etc.

Where before the date of the coming into force of this Act, any inam land was held subject to any restrictions or conditions, such inam land shall, notwithstanding the levy of full assessment on such inam land under section 3 from the date of coming into force of this Act or the revision of such assessment under section 3-A.
