Qualifications of the Chief Town Planner and the Town Planning Members of the Authority.

The Chief Town Planner appointed under section 7 and the Town Planning Member of the Authority appointed under clause (e) of sub-section (5) of section 21 shall possess such educational qualifications from any institution recognised by the Institute of Town Planners, India, as may be prescribed.
