Disqualification for membership of an authority or boby

A person shall be disqualified from being a member of any of the authorities or bodies of the University, if he;

1. (a) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court;
2. (b) is an under charged insolvent;
3. (c) has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude;
4. (d) has been punished for indulging or in promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination, in any form, anywhere;
5. (e) is unfit to hold the post, in such case the Governing Body shall form an opinion in writing that such member is unfit.
